All work must be carried out using a rubber dam and with the obligatory use of a Carl Zeiss microscope. The use of a microscope allows to qualitatively clean the canals from the previously applied filling mass, helps in the search for additional canal systems and provides a complete overview and control of the work.
An important stage is a dense high-quality obturation - canal filling. Our clinic uses a system of obturation with hot gutta-percha, which allows you to fill all the branches and bends in the canal system.
After obturation of the canals, the next stage is the restoration process with a sealed restoration using durable and reliable materials.
Important is the “X-ray control” - a picture taken BEFORE the start of treatment and AFTER the obturation of the canals. Typically, this is a computed tomography (CT) scan. Also important is the necessary x-ray control 6 months after the treatment of pulpitis. This makes it possible to fully control and assess the state of the bone.
