"Anthos" packaging machine

The sterilization process for instruments in "Sa-Nata" is a very painstaking and laborious process, as our team pays special attention to sterility and safety.

How the sterilization process works :

  • First, the instruments are specially treated with a concentrated compound.
  • Then they are dried and immersed in special craft packaging with a special sterility indicator.
  • After that, the wrapped instruments are placed in an autoclave, where they are heat treated.
  • In the autoclave, by the end of the high temperature sterilization process, the indicator on the craft packaging changes color, thus it becomes clear which instruments have been sterilized and which ones are still being prepared for processing.

It is in preparation for sterilization of instruments in an autoclave for special sealed packaging that we use a special apparatus - a packaging machine of the Italian brand "Anthos", which is a complete and natural addition to work with autoclaves.  It is a high-performance and safe device that is an irreplaceable assistant in the sterilization of instruments.

This packing machine works on the principle of a roller mechanism and automatic feeding of the packing element.  This installation provides a fast and high-quality process for sealing instruments.  All these details and nuances are very important on the way to a high-quality final result of work!

In each clinic of the "Sa-Nata" network we actively use specialized equipment of the Italian brand "Anthos" and it is thanks to this high-tech and modern equipment that our clinics of the "Sa-Nata" network are equipped with the latest technology and all international standards and requirements.
