Healthy teeth, fresh breath, a beautiful smile - it all depends on the person’s ability to properly and daily care for the oral cavity!

Many limit themselves to brushing their teeth in the morning and in the evening, but this is not enough at all, since food debris and stagnant mucus, which certainly cannot be removed with one brush, lead to an even greater multiplication of bacteria. And they, in turn, are provocateurs of various diseases: periodontitis, gingivitis, etc., which are very detrimental to human health.

So how do you properly care for your oral cavity?

This was told by the coordinator for the therapeutic reception of our Clinic, Elena Gavrilova.

How to choose a toothbrush? Toothbrushes differ in stiffness. They can be soft, medium hard and hard.

Brushes need to be selected depending on the condition of the oral cavity, parodist and gum health. For example, if a person has bleeding gums lasting more than 4-6 days, then you should definitely consult a doctor. First, he removes tartar - the cause of bleeding, plaque and gives recommendations for 1-2 days to brush your teeth with a soft brush. And only after the inflammation disappears, bleeding disappears, you can switch to a brush of medium hardness. Most people use soft and medium hard brushes.

Brush your teeth after eating!

Many do not even know exactly when to brush their teeth. Very often they are cleaned as soon as they wake up and get out of bed so that their breath becomes fresh. However, this is completely wrong in terms of dental care. Teeth need to be cleaned after eating! After all, food residues are stuck on their surface and in the spaces between them, which, being in the mouth, decompose and thereby give an unpleasant odor. Therefore, we recommend that you rinse your mouth with a special rinse in the morning to eliminate the unpleasant odor, but after eating carefully brush your teeth.

Dental brushing, on average, should last from 3 to 5 minutes, depending on what kind of problem is present in the oral cavity. Ideally, brush your teeth after each meal. Regarding rinsing agents, they not only remove unpleasant odors, but can also eliminate inflammation and bleeding gums. That is, they have a preventive and therapeutic effect. It is best to choose a tool that does not contain alcohol.

But in any case, home care is not enough! Every six months or more often it is worth visiting a hygienist! That is why the Clinic "Sa-Nata"gives you a 25% discount for cleaning once every 3 months and 15% - once every 6 months!
