Aligners are removable orthodontic mouthguards made of a special flexible anti-allergic plastic with a transparent texture, due to which they are completely invisible on the teeth.   • Hot drinks cannot be drunk in the mouth guard
  • Do not wash aligners in hot water as they may change shape. It is better to use water at room temperature.
  • It is advisable not to chew gum while wearing aligners.
  • Every 14 days, a pair of custom-made mouthguards must be changed.
  • It is recommended to visit your orthodontist for an examination and to track the progress of treatment once every 6 weeks.
