Making an orthopedic crown in “Sa-Nata”

The manufacture of an individual orthopedic crown for a tooth is a whole separate area and branch of modern dentistry. The manufacturing process is quite laborious, creative, requires scrupulousness and attention to details.

Our network of clinics has worked with various proven laboratories for many years, but over time and experience, our team came to the conclusion that we want clear and constant control over the manufacturing process, the efficiency of work, as well as control over the choice of high-quality and durable materials from which a design for the patient will be made. Our specialists are very picky about the result and we want our work to be done 100% with the most ideal result that will please the patient and make him happier! Based on this, it was decided to create and open their own digital dental laboratory. Moreover, our many years of experience, knowledge, skills and a team of professionals have allowed us to do this with ease.

In our laboratory "Sa-Nata Dynasty" the best technicians of the country are collected - these are professionals and real "dental" artists. For the “dental workshop”, we also selected innovative modern equipment and high-quality durable materials for the manufacture of various orthopedic structures from the Sa-Nata brand.

The “Sa-Nata” laboratory works smoothly like clockwork and everyone is passionate about their creative work, which at the end changes people's lives - their smiles! Each member of the “dental workshop” team and the clinic works to ensure that the patient is satisfied with the result for many years!

"Sa-Nata" works according to the latest world protocols and only with the best proven and high-quality materials. Therefore, we actively manufacture dental crowns from zirconium dioxide and ceramics. These 2 types of materials in orthopedics have a wide range of advantages. The fact is that zirconium and ceramics are quite strong in their structure, which means they are durable, have an aesthetic appearance that is as close as possible to a natural tooth. Such crowns are also distinguished by their biocompatibility with the human body.

Making a crown “step by step”:

Making a crown “step by step”:

Getting an “outfit”. After the orthopedist has scanned the patient's jaws using the Primescan Sirona or 3Shape 3D scanner, the finished scans are sent to a special case center, where all patient scans are stored. After that, our dental technicians receive an order, which describes in detail the type of future work. The outfit is the so-called “technical task” of the future smile, based on the individual characteristics and characteristics of the patient.

Project. At this stage, a design is created on a computer in a special program "Exocad". With the help of a special program, the dental technician models the size and shape of the patient's tooth, individualizes it for a crown, and also removes occlusal (chewing) and interdental contacts.

Milling. After the project is approved by CadCam - a designer with an orthopedist, and then the modeled crown is sent to the milling stage, depending on its material. Consider the example of zirconium. According to the previously created 3D model from the zirconium blank (blank), the milling cutter cuts out the future crown. After the milling process, the zirconium must go through a "sintering" process - sintering.

Sintering (crown sintering). After milling the zirconium, the sawn crowns and bridges are placed in a special sintering oven. This stage is necessary in order to start the process of transformation of the zirconium structure from a brittle state to a more solid state. After baking, the dental ceramist applies ceramic mass or special liquid ceramic paints to give color, natural tooth structure, transparency effect and other visual effects.

Checking and delivery of work. The final step is to check the fit of the structure and the delivery of the finished work. Checking on the control model after the completed production of the crown is the final chord of the work of the dental technician. At this stage, some adjustments can be made in order to bring the result to the ideal and ensure maximum patient comfort.

Dental crowns from the prestigious Sa-Nata brand are snow-white, super-durable, aesthetic and as natural as possible, as well as hypoallergenic, the service life of which is measured for decades. Such crowns do not change their color, are not affected by caries, do not crack or wear out.

One of the main features of our laboratory "Sa-Nata Dynasty" is that the clinic and the laboratory work as one holistic and well-coordinated organism. All processes of manufacturing structures are carried out under the supervision of an orthopedic doctor, which means that your individual crowns will be maximally brought to the ideal both in terms of all external indicators and in terms of functionality.
