A child’s psyche is very different from that of an adult, so a unique, special approach and methodology are required. The pediatric specialist at “Sa-Nata” skillfully finds the right “key” to your child, choosing the best way to build trust both psychologically and emotionally.

We often professionally recommend that children undergo an initial psychological adaptation appointment before any dental procedures. This session helps introduce the child to the new environment — the sounds, medical smells, and overall atmosphere. During this appointment, the pediatric dentist not only meets the child personally but also introduces them to future actions and instruments: showing what they look like, how they work, what sounds they make, and performing a gentle tactile test. This method helps familiarize the child with the unknown and eliminate fear for future visits.

An additional advantage of our approach is that after each appointment, your child receives a small gift — a toy that they can choose themselves from a large variety.

During the procedure, the child can also watch their favorite cartoons or shows, making the visit even more comfortable and enjoyable. The wide range of available anesthesia types ensures the appointment is completely painless.

Moreover, our clinic now offers a new service — “children’s treatment under sleep.” This is a medically safe form of sedation — general anesthesia — performed using an injection of Propofol. The method is approved for children from the age of 3, is absolutely safe, and is conducted by an additional anesthesiologist who monitors the child’s condition throughout the procedure.
